凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，均應(yīng)提交上海國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)/上海國(guó)際仲裁中心進(jìn)行仲裁。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration.

涉自貿(mào)區(qū)爭(zhēng)議的示范仲裁條款?

凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，均應(yīng)提交上海國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)/上海國(guó)際仲裁中心仲裁，仲裁在中國(guó)（上海）自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)仲裁院進(jìn)行。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in The China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Court of Arbitration.

航空爭(zhēng)議的示范仲裁條款

凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，均應(yīng)提交上海國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)/上海國(guó)際仲裁中心仲裁，仲裁在上海國(guó)際航空仲裁院進(jìn)行。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in the Shanghai International Aviation Court of Arbitration.

金磚國(guó)家爭(zhēng)議的示范條款

凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，均應(yīng)提交上海國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)/上海國(guó)際仲裁中心仲裁，仲裁在金磚國(guó)家爭(zhēng)議解決上海中心進(jìn)行。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in BRICS Dispute Resolution Shanghai Center.

中非爭(zhēng)議的示范仲裁條款

凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，均應(yīng)提交上海國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)/上海國(guó)際仲裁中心仲裁，仲裁在中非聯(lián)合仲裁上海中心進(jìn)行。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration. The arbitration shall be held in China-Africa Joint Arbitration Centre Shanghai.

上海仲裁委員會(huì)示范條款

“凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，均應(yīng)提交上海仲裁委員會(huì)按照該會(huì)仲裁規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對(duì)雙方當(dāng)事人均有約束力?！?/p>

ENLISH ARBITRATION CLAUSE

“Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.”
